Room had a terrible cat pee smell.

We went hiking and had fun at the family fun park nearby. The location is perfect for summer activities, close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

We did run into an issue with the virtual check-in process which felt a bit impersonal. It could have been smoother.

Location is Convenient, But Room Needs Attention

I stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the convenient location near Silverwood, which made it easy to enjoy the amusement park. However, the room was less than satisfactory — the bed wasn't properly made, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable. It would be great if they could improve the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

Plus, the check-in process was super smooth with a touch screen, and the staff went above and beyond.

The first room reeked of smoke and the second had a smell that was straight-up foul like cat pee. To top it off, I found unwelcome guests had claimed my room while I was out. Talk about a wild surprise!

The experience was extremely disappointing. The room I received was different from what I booked, and the overall condition was unclean and poorly maintained, with broken cabinetry and an overwhelming odor in the hallways. Although the area had potential, the lack of attention to cleanliness and service made it hard to enjoy any aspect of my stay.

Good hotel with great internet access, free parking, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me with a morning wake-up call during my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!
